It will create an awareness of the inherent ‘Girl Power’ to achieve what she has been designed to achieve. This seminars and summits instigate, inspire and influence each girl to become an exceptional performer in whatever chosen field or career. This conference will lift whatever barrier an average placed on the Girl / Lady / Woman becoming the best they can know well that “the big tree was once a seed”

Oreoluwa Fabamise, Team Lead of the Girls Are Asset Team at DoTheDream Youth Development Initiative (YDI), has made a remarkable impact by empowering young girls to win and rule their world. Her visionary leadership and unwavering dedication inspired the Life Development Center Chicago to travel directly from Chicago to Bowen University, Iwo, Nigeria.
The Life Development Center, led by Dr. Lan Ijiwola and Olumide Ajiginni, arrived with a delegation of distinguished leaders from the United States to mentor, train, and inspire hundreds of young people at Bowen University. Their sessions focused on creating unique opportunities and building capacities that influence positive change.
Through her outstanding work, Oreoluwa has helped shape the dreams and leadership aspirations of young girls, guiding them to become influential leaders and shining lights in their communities. Her efforts beautifully reflect the core mission of DoTheDream YDI: to develop and empower youth, especially girls, through education, mentorship, and innovative programs that foster sustainable development and gender equality.
