DoTheDream Leadership Seminars – Secondary Schools
The DoTheDream Leadership Seminars for secondary schools are designed to create a dynamic platform where the voices of teenagers and young people are not only heard but actively amplified and valued. The programme is rooted in the principles of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and aligned with ESG values, fostering a generation of responsible, ethical, and impact‑driven leaders.
The seminar promotes quality education, value reorientation, and positive behavioural and attitudinal change, while connecting youth action to global agendas such as the SDGs, climate action, gender equality, and energy justice. Through the lens of initiatives like Girls in Energy, participants gain practical understanding of how youth leadership can influence public policy, shape community development, and accelerate sustainable progress.
By equipping students with relevant information, critical thinking skills, and real‑world perspectives, the Leadership Seminars empower youths to make informed choices and responsible decisions at all levels—within their families, schools, communities, and ultimately, the wider society. It is more than a seminar; it is the beginning of a lifelong leadership journey grounded in empathy, integrity, and impact.
